research:
Method:
Equipment:
- Icing Sugar and Raro
- Cup
- Citric Acid or Tartaric Acid
- Baking Powder
- Popsicle Stick (or any other type of mixer)
- Teaspoon
Instructions:
- Gather all your equipment.
- Add one teaspoon of sugar and raro too the cup.
- Add half a teaspoon of acid to the cup.
- Add half a teaspoon of baking powder to the cup.
- Mix with the stick.
- Taste test the sherbet, and adjust the flavor by re adding certain ingredients you feel it needs.
Results:
What happens in the cup?Nothing its just still powder.
What happens in the cup?It froths up around your mouth.
Discussion:
Why did it foam in your mouth? I believe it foamed up in our mouth due to the acids reaction to our saliva as it does the same when out in your mouth alone.
