hello i am here to inform you about how to eat healthy!
heres a few little changes you could do!
milo
with Milo it has 46 grams per 100 gs so that is a lot which is why you could instead have just a glass of milk milks pretty good on its own ya know!.
beans
with Beans it has 74 grams per 100 grams so that isint the best if your trying to be super healthy!.
so since youve seen a few changes you could do i think you may have a better idea on whats healthy?
